Quest for a Summoning guide.

Hi i'm Bloodcursed1 from Runescape and i was wondering if anyone has found or designed a good cost effective guide to training summoning. I am only aiming for 50 at the moment but this guide will help me in the future and i will share with other users if you want me to =) thank you!

1-4 - Wolf Whistle Quest

4-16 - 275 Dreadfowl Pouch (Says another guide online)

16-50 - Granite Rock Crabs

That would be the easiest way to do it. As i did this on an old account of mine.

Summoning is in no way a cheap skill to train because of the amount of resources involved in creating the pouches.

Aswell as the above (to lose less money) you could do penguins each week. This would give you a little free xp.

It is near enough the only way to reach 50 easily

Soul Wars is a great way or slayer collecting charms.

Well i'm spending about 1,250,000gp on 50k shards....will this cover it? don't worry about charms....i have too many

I have barely any :/ did you get them all from slayer?

I got my shards from picking them up and putting them in my bank. on estimation i have 1400 Gold, 600 Crimson, 500 Green, 91 Blue, and 64 Obsidian.

To be honest money is there to be spent

Why best cost effieve way was:

Quest 1-4
Penguin Points 4- 50

But it does take a long time and you could use the peng xp on better things tbh

i'll stick with the other charm consuming method. I think the price i pay outweights the time i'll save.

howd you get your charms :/ monsters i kill barely drop.

as far as i know

Gold - Pretty much anything.
Green - Bloodvelds.
Crimson - Dust Devils.
Blue - Bork. (100% drop chance and also drops 5 charms, found in Chaos Tunnels.)

Thank you my slayer tasks arent very successful when it comes to getting crimson charms.

Thank you for posting the charm dropping monsters and percentage rates. Hopefully this will help other clan members wishing to train summoning/ charm collecting.

i posted good drop rates rather than them all for those that want to farm specific charms =)

ok....what about after 50? my new target it 65 to cover all quests in game....this could raise again but this is just a temporary new target
